AI Station respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete information when providing AI chat, AI image generation, website creation, points, in-app purchases, and Pro access.
Information We Collect
- Account and device information: device identifier, user ID, nickname, registration time, login time, app version, and language preference generated or collected automatically when the app first launches and uses the service.
- Content you submit: chat messages, image prompts, website prompts, uploaded attachments, generated results, and history.
- Transaction and points information: point balance, point usage records, Pro status, and App Store order and transaction verification information supplied by Apple.
- Diagnostics and security information: request time, IP address, error messages, service logs, anti-abuse signals, and troubleshooting data.
- Voice input: microphone audio and recognized text are processed only when you actively use voice input and grant system permission. The app does not store recordings on our servers.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to keep you signed in, provide requested AI features, save and sync history, process points and Pro access, verify purchases, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it to track you across apps or websites for advertising.

Storage and Deletion
History is stored on our servers so you can continue creating. Extracted document text and search indexes are retained for 180 days by default. Individually deleted chats, images, and website projects are retained for up to 30 days for recovery and then physically purged. Terminal generation request records are retained for 90 days by default. Extracted document content is encrypted with a server-side key, and lexical index terms use a keyed one-way hash.
You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion. Account deletion removes private creations. Completed purchase records are anonymized and retained only as needed for financial, anti-fraud, and legal obligations.
Your Choices and Permissions
Photos, files, the microphone, and speech recognition are accessed only when you choose to use the relevant feature. You can withdraw microphone or speech recognition permission in system settings, or continue using other available features without uploading attachments.
Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under 14 in mainland China or below the minimum age required by applicable law in other regions. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
